The 15-tonne wheel loader can be found both in civil engineering, in demanding loading applications and also in the industry with a variety of attachments. Therefore, this Hyundai Heavy Industries designed the new “swiss army knife” of its wheel oader range for a large variety of jobs. A Tier 4 Interim/EU Stage IIIB Cummins QSB6.7 six-cylinder engine delivering 149 kW powers the Korean-made loader. The maximum torque of 932 Nm is already at 1,400 min-1 available, which minimizes fuel  consumption. Five-speed powershift transmission with torque converter lockup starting at second gear minimizes fuel consumption. Standard on all HHI wheel loaders are various modes of operation. With three engine settings (power, standard, economy), four gear shifting programs and three torque converter modes the HL757-9A adapts perfectly to the respective application profile.

Maximum Operator Comfort

Loaders in the 15 ton-class are used for many hours day and night. Therefore, the cabin of the new HL757-9A features an enlarged area of tinted safety glass. 17 % more compared to the previous generation. The steering column is adjustable in height and tilt to comfort different driver sizes. In the right field of vision of the cab a glare 15 x 15 cm color LCD is mounted at a convenient height. This central interface communicates machine data, speed, temperatures of oil and coolant and also monitors levels of key operating supplies. In addition maintenance instructions and selected operating modes are being displayed, also it’s a comfortable interface for deflecting the weight of the load. Standard equipment includes automatic climate control with eleven outlet nozzles that ensure that the large windows are defrosted as quickly as possible.

At the rear of the vehicle one finds water and oil cooler - a hydraulically driven reversible fan ensures that the radiator fans are cleaned automatically by pressing a button or by the driver. Handling and reclaiming operations often require large travelling distances. Therefore, the speed range of the HL757-9A is designed particularly well. In first gear, the machines are up to 7 km/h in fifth gear up to 40 km/h. The modern middle class loader has maintenance free wet disc brakes on all four wheels.
With numerous options the HL757-9A can be adapted to virtual ay handling and loading task such as work in ports, steel mills and recycling operations. Extras include joystick control lever with additional hydraulic functions, heated exterior mirrors, automatically capitalized reversing camera, various air suspension seats, road-travelling certification, joystick steering, limited slip differentials on front and rear axle, five-speed transmission with torque converter lock-up and an extremely wide range of industrial, rock and specialty tires.
