Why an organization give awards to their employees?

To increase the motivation among the employee’s many organization providing awards to the best contributors of the company. It helps to build confidence and a positive environment for the employees. Even some would not get an award for the year, then they work hard to get the award in the next year. It will be more beneficial for the employees as well as an organization when giving custom award  it helps to show off the creativity.

It is very common awards are given in schools and colleges to encourage their talent. It helps them to achieve a lot in future. Awards are given from the celebration of company anniversary to month-end awards and even some organization gives recognition to the retirement of the person who has been served greatly to the company. By giving the custom awardsthen it increases loyalty among the employees when seeing the award. They would think the organization is noticing their work and appreciating the work.

People outside the office will think the organization has to care about the employees. When displaying in office or homes it serves as the referrals for the business.
