To increase the motivation among the employee’s many organization providing awards to the best contributors of the company. It helps to build confidence and a positive environment for the employees. Even some would not get an award for the year, then they work hard to get the award in the next year. It will be more beneficial for the employees as well as an organization when giving custom award  it helps to show off the creativity.

Awards are given from the celebration of company anniversary to month-end awards and even some organization gives recognition to the retirement of the person who has been served greatly to the company.
